So you want to make still icons? This is the site 4u!
Step 1: Chose your picture
Step 2: Right click on your picture, a bar will come up that says alot of things. Scroll through until u reach *Save Picture As* click it, and a SAVE box will pop up. Save it as a name you can remember, and write it down.
Step 3: open up PAINT from your desktop or go to START>FIND>FILESORFOLDERS> then type in Paint. The window for PAINT should open.
Step 4: Go to OPEN then type in the name you wrote down for your picture.
Step 5: Customize your picture by adding text and effects.
Step 6: Crop it, then save it.
NOTE: remember that your icon cant be any larger than 7,000 pixels!
