Making a animated icon is so much harder than making a still icon. I still get things wrong, and if you do, you can email me, and I'll get someone who knows how to email for you. I already have it ready.
Ok here are the steps:
Making an animated icon needs some special software such as Paint Shop Pro 7(it is the best)
I HOPE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE PICTURES YOU NEED READY!
- Get Paint Shop Pro 7 download it from www.jasc.com. ( download the 30 day trial. I'm on day 144 and mine is still working. Then you dont have to pay $89!)
- Get onto Paint Shop Pro 7 (PSP) and go to file, Jasc Software Products, then click on Animation Studio.
- The animation studio will launch.
- Go to FILE>OPEN, and chose one of the pictures you wanted.
- Then right click on the picture, go to INSERT FRAMES, then go to browse, chose the rest of the pictures you want, and a click OK
- A line-up of all the pictures you chose will appear.
- Right click on any of the pictures to add text and effects.
- Then crop and resize to find the right height and width.
